  • Help participants develop strategies for dealing with challenging communication situations in their work setting

This course is for:

  • Health care staff who come into direct or indirect contact with people affected by cancer and who may experience problems knowing what to say in specific situations
  • Staff working with colleagues in a cancer related setting.

N.B. Not suitable for patient facing health care professionals
