  • Enhance health care professionals’ skills in communicating with people and their relatives facing/living with serious illness
  • To develop strategies to deal with complex or challenging communication situations in practice

Target Audience

This course is for health care professionals who wish to enhance their skills in communicating with people affected by serious illness (Normally bands 5-7 plus Specialty Doctors)

N.B. Not normally suitable for health care professionals who do not have contact with patients or relatives
